The JRNY membership offers personalized cardio, strength, and whole-body workouts that evolve as you do. It gets to know you by assessing your fitness level and recommending workouts based on your abilities, available time, how you're feeling, and more.

With streaming entertainment, an ever-growing library of whole-body workout content, and real-time coaching, experience the feeling of truly personal training seamlessly from home with compatible equipment or your mobile device.

I am disappointed with the new update. I understand that you want to make additional money after selling quite an expensive device. But really? You have just removed the standard interval programs and replaced them with videos? So now when I watch a movie while working out I need also to listen to a trainer instead just following the dials on the screen? And all “normal” workouts are now in premium, just the manual left? If that is the case I will stop using the app and just use the built-in programs.
