## JRNY® Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Connect to other apps"
The app needs to connect to other fitness trackers and simultaneously connect to Fitbit, Google, Samsung, pixel and Apple products. The workout scenery seems limited to a few places. It seems to freeze often and not allow you to change scenery while doing a work out. Music stops mid workout.
-- CLewMo, 2025-01-04

### ***-- "Ok app"
Ok app, needs live content or more frequent workouts uploaded
-- VTpharm, 2025-01-01

### ***** "Start my day with motivation"
Great app, and the treadmill it’s great. The best money invest in my happiness
-- Lirizal, 2025-01-01

### ***** "Hard to beat at the price"
Signed up for this when I got a Bowflex C6 stationary bike. Fair variety of music selections. Lots of different locations to ride. Instructor led and automated routines. Also works with the adjustable weights but I haven’t used that feature. If you don’t want to spend Peleton money, this is the way to go.
-- wfcanfield, 2024-12-15

### ***** "Just simple"
I have memberships to Zwift and Wahoo. They don’t work all that well (bad info from bike) with my C6 Bowflex. Journey does obviously, but I also like the coaching, the choices in workouts and the music options they have I like a lot. I also like the areas they have filmed that you can use as a background to your workout. Today was Macau at night. Pretty cool. Definitely recommend
-- GSW Work, 2024-12-15

### ****- "Love the location scenes while on the treadmill."
I really love walking on my treadmill and viewing the beach, parks, and different locations! I really wish there were more. “no fee” scenes. I also wish that you could do YouTube etc without paying a fee.
I feel like the monthly fee is too expensive. Do love the app but a few little changes would make it even better!
-- Ima Walker 2, 2024-12-11

### *---- "No contact info on app"
We can’t even find a contact phone number on the app to contact customer support
-- Tape queen, 2024-12-07

### ***-- "Needs bug fix for iOS 18"
Since updating to iOS 18, the video and music option selection are not loading for workouts.
-- superhancpetram, 2024-11-30

### ****- "Terrible"
This app is terrible. It is impossible to navigate multiple users on multiple devices with ease. In fact after 15 minutes of trying to get it to work I still can’t get it to work. It makes me want to buy a different treadmill. Do not even attempt to use this app it isn’t worth it at all.
-- just an average book fan, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Not impressed."
I am in the trial phase of my subscription and the app keeps changing my profile to include the Schwinn 190, an upright bike I do not have. As a result it will not let me load the videos for the Schwinn 290. Need help. Glad I am just in the trial phase.
