## JRun Description
JRun 是一款专注于跑步记录的极简 iPhone App，适合个人和日常跑者使用。

它不提供社交动态、广告、商城、排行榜、真实账号、云同步或会员付费墙。你可以快速开始跑步，并在跑后清楚查看路线和训练数据。

主要功能
- GPS 跑步记录：记录路线、距离、时间、当前配速和平均配速
- 锁屏与后台记录：跑步中锁屏或切到后台后继续记录定位轨迹
- 中断恢复：App 崩溃、系统终止或手机断电后，可保存最后一次有效 checkpoint 的部分记录
- 跑前天气：根据当前位置查看天气；Open-Meteo 不可用时尝试 MET Norway
- 历史筛选：按时间、距离和跑鞋筛选本机跑步记录
- 跑步详情：通过沉浸式地图和可上拉面板回看路线、指标、备注与天气
- 公里分段：展示准确配速，并在至少有两个完整公里时标记最快和最慢公里
- 海拔曲线：按距离查看有效海拔记录和累计爬升
- 步数数据：在设备支持并授权后显示步数、平均步频和平均步幅
- 跑鞋管理：自动累计关联跑步里程，设置建议更换里程并查看接近或达到提醒
- 本地导出：支持单次 GPX / CSV 和全部跑步记录 CSV 导出
- 完整本地备份：导出 JRun 备份，并在新设备或重装后手动合并导入
- 多语言界面：支持简体中文、英文、繁体中文、日语、韩语、西班牙语、法语和德语
- 公制单位：距离、速度、海拔和天气均按公制展示

数据边界
JRun 不提供账号注册、云同步或多设备自动同步。跑步记录、跑鞋、个人资料和设置默认保存在本机。删除 App、清除本地数据或换机前，请先导出 JRun 备份。

天气服务依赖网络。天气不可用时，仍然可以继续记录跑步。
