## Jucys Hamburgers Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best of all!"
The app is perfect, the food is even better.
-- TiffBray2006, 2026-05-04

### **--- "APP not working"
I love Jucy’s but the app still isn’t what it should be. You see reward points but nowhere to redeem them or to even see what you can redeem them for. Wouldn’t process payments and when we called to ask them about it she said they’ve been having problems and she could take my order but couldn’t honor the combo meals offered only on the app. We ended up eating something else. If your app doesn’t want to work, people are trying to use it, atleast honor the combo pricing. 🤷
-- 903LocalFoodie, 2025-11-14

### ***-- "App password reset not working"
I’ve not been able to reset my password or login using my Apple ID.
-- GoNiece, 2025-10-24

### ****- "Food awesome but app needs work"
The breakfast and burgers are awesome! Love the veggie scramble, salads, and hamburgers. The fries are not so good. I prefer crispy fries that are soft on inside. The fries are too greasy and not cooked long enough.

Please work on the app. It seems to have some glitches. It says that it needs fine tuning and to click “okay”. When I click “okay” nothing happens!

### *---- "Trash app"
You can’t order food. What is the point of the app?
-- Fran___k, 2024-10-20

### *---- "App performance"
The food and service is great. The apps features on the other hand are horrible. I cannot place an order after receiving my rewards, nor I can collect more points. I have to order via a browser. The app is useless
-- GonzaloJrTexas, 2024-09-03

### *---- "Unable to login"
STILL DOES NOT WORK!
-- a;lskdfjaksdjf;lk, 2024-06-05

### *---- "Update broke the app"
Originally app would glitch and place order for morning time. Now it won’t allow me to place order at all.

Months later after update and app not fixed…
-- AJohn0413, 2024-05-12

### ****- "Jucy’s"
Love Jucy’s. But can’t order hash browns on my taquitos or get aside jalapeno ranch on app. Need to get fixed.

Thanks

### ***** "Review"
Every Monday evening, we enjoy the special at Marshall/Hwy 80 location and it’s consistently good each & every time! Best hamburger, fries and beans in town with such a friendly staff!
Over the years, we’ve tried most items on menu and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work; your loyal customers appreciate having access to an enjoyable eating experience time after time! Thank you!!
