Great app but keeps forgetting saved London details making you enter them all again. Happens about every second day.

Mobile app is simple and easy to navigate, great for checking my balances and managing my term deposits online

No hassle login with two factor authentication. Quick and easy, one look overview of accounts. Thank you Judo :)
Can’t log in on iPhone
Two factor authentication requires you to enter a code sent via SMS, but when I retrieve the SMS on my phone when I return to the app it’s gone back to the log in screen, not a screen where you may enter the code. So it’s a continuous loop which doesn’t progress the customer further.
Rubbish
Two factor authentication makes it unusable as it goes through the login process again after you go to messages to get the code Judo Bank just sent you! 🤯
