## Juggle Street Reviews in Australia

### ***-- "*review amended because it was unfair to support team* this is only about the app UI nothing else"
*amended review* : 3 stars instead of 1 because the support team has been genuinely incredibly helpful in resolving my aforementioned issues about my membership situation. My issues lie 100% with the app itself. In terms of usability, the app does not work on new phones due to screen space, which is odd because phones with this type of screen are not new anymore. Whenever I receive a notification from the app and click on it, no matter if I get to the notification immediately or not, there is nothing in the app reflecting the notification. The app itself has caused me a lot of frustration as it has poor UI. I really appreciate the people behind the support for this app, and I hope that whoever designs the app and how the user interacts with the app takes the issues with usability on board.

### *---- "Having to pay when looking g for work is a no for me"
Be aware u will need to pay a membership fee . Read the reviews on google .

### ***-- "Great platform & service...but the App's UI design requires a redesign!"
- **User Interface (UI) Design:** The current UI of the Juggle Street app is functional but lacks the modern touch that users have come to expect. A more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interface could enhance user engagement.
- **Ease of Navigation:** Finding specific features can sometimes feel like a maze. A streamlined navigation system would significantly improve the user experience.
- **Visual Appeal:** The color scheme and graphics are somewhat outdated. Implementing a fresher, more contemporary look could attract a wider user base.
- **Responsiveness:** The app's responsiveness can be sluggish, which may deter users with a fast-paced lifestyle. Increasing speed and efficiency should be a priority.
- **Feature Accessibility:** Important features should be front and centre. Currently, users may need to dig through menus to find what they need, which is not ideal.
- **User Feedback Incorporation:** There seems to be a gap in how user feedback is reflected in-app updates. Closing this gap could show the app's commitment to its users.
- **Overall Rating:** 3/5 stars. The foundation of Juggle Street is solid, and with a UI redesign, it has the potential to become the go-to platform for nannying services in Australia.

### *---- "Not a good app"
It’s hard to use and you have to pay a membership fee before you even can look at or apply to jobs. You apply and don’t hear back and when you get a job, it’s cancelled on. Not worth the download. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Do not get it!
-- Zxenag, 2024-05-15

### **--- "Cumbersome app"
Unfortunately, this app is poorly designed and very cumbersome. It makes the job of finding care much harder than it needs to be. I’ve already paid for the service (which you need to do to access carers), but I wish I hadn’t. The fact that you have to post a job to chat with potential carers is nonsensical. The job posting itself is cumbersome and lacks flexibility. If I could do my time over again, I would not have signed up!
-- Ahdn3323, 2024-05-03

### **--- "Process confusing"
Not as clear about how to see and chat to prospective Nannie’s as other sites.
-- Clare555514141, 2024-03-10

### *---- "Locked out of app!"
I signed up for a year but now at the nine month mark I am getting a message saying I have reached my yearly cap. I am currently unable to use the app to book babysitters. I contacted them two days ago and the only response I’ve had is asking what I mean. There has been no follow up and I’m still locked out and unsure how to proceed!
Has this happened to anyone else?

### ***** "Juggle street"
Fantastic website
Great and very easy to use
-- Tricia45, 2023-10-19

### **--- "$120 is a lot for annual membership unless you use it frequently"
Paid $120 last year and only used services twice. It’s a lot!
