I’ve always loved Juice Jam, ever since I was a kid. I’ve always found it more fun and exciting than Candy Crush. However, I redownloaded the game recently, and it has a lot of issues, unfortunately. 1: What happened to the character cards? There was a LOT more character cards to collect before. For some reason, many of those characters have been removed. 2: For some reason, both of the monkeys, the one who likes honey and the one who likes coconut juice, for some reason appear as bunnies in the game. I sure hope that hasn’t happened with any of the other characters that appear in future levels, and if it did, could you please fix them and change them back to normal? 3: When I reached the location Polar Pineapple, which was covered in clouds, it for some reason turned into a campground, which is a completely different location in the game. 4: I once got out of the game, came back, and half of the screen was black. I couldn’t enter the game anymore. Overall, it used to be a good game. Could you please fix all of these issues so I can enjoy it again? Edit: I will elaborate on issues 2 and 3. For issue 2, I found out that the pug who likes jam is a bunny now as well. This likely means the other unique animals have fallen victim to this glitch, such as the chipmunk, dragon, parrot, bat, and the squirrel with glasses. Could you please change all of them back to normal? For issue 3, I realized that every location in the game has turned into a forest, so you cannot see the actual location. Overall, a lot of the game’s variety is gone. From removed characters to removed locations, the game isn’t like how it used to be. Could you please fix all of these as soon as possible? I want to enjoy the game like I used to.

I love this game but can't rate it that way. Pleas fix. November 21, 2022 8,32 PM Eastern USA Rating ** Title: Need to make some adjustments I've been using this game since August 2017. It is a very interesting match 3/match 4 game. It's very complicated and takes a while to complete each level. I'm only at level 575. My main complaint is they switch the the buttons back and forth between "Pay to Play" and "Replay" between each lost game. Thus, it's too easy to hit the wrong one and pay for games there's no way you'd win anyway. Given it's hard to win and earn coins, it is not fair on the developers' part for the users to keep losing them by accident. Buys are too expensive given how few points you earn as it is. There is no "five move" left warning either and this adds to the accidental Buys. Whenever this happens, I offload the game for a few days to a week. I was so disappointed, I’ve been playing this game for years and when i reached level 6495 i just can’t open it😔i hope they can help me recover it…

A game that allows you to explore your own depth- it’s fun too.

I’ve enjoyed this game for quite some time and am never bored. The McDonald’s ad you’re running right now freezes, and I have to close the app.

Game freezes, restarts itself making you lose all progress. I have contacted support and they are no help. Just keep asking the same questions and then silence. Deleting app.

I’m always having to hard reset my iPad because the game freezes up. I love the game but I will have to delete it.

Hey so when I play the level and the character wants coconut milk or honey it’s a rabbit dressed like a carrot making monkey noises…even with the purple jam too!! It makes me uncomfortable for some reason…maybe fix this when you get the chance???
