Best RDP App out there

Man works great. It does everything other Remote programs dont do. An actual mouse input and output. Loads of settings. No lag. Great security settings. A must have for everybody. Also for those who manage servers or other pcs.

The best but not the best

This app makes for a very fluid RDP experience, whether you’re using touch, pencil or keyboard and mouse. Still it’s not perfect, the app feels decidedly non-native (for example the credentials pop-up) and switching between five input modes that are somehow different is cumbersome. It gets the job done but it doesn’t have that great iOS native experience. It just feels off. Also the Jump Connect helper for macOS is incomplete, so for connecting to your Mac this is just average. It tries to change the macOS screen resolution but fails to make it native for my 11” iPP

Only very specific mice work

Since the introduction of full mouse support in iPadOS I hoped that this app would support all standard mice as iPadOS now does with most apps. Sadly, it doesn’t. You still need a special mouse, an average USB-mouse isn’t working well. No right click, no reverse scrolling and so on. That’s a pity, because Jump has some features other RD/VNC-clients don’t have. Like magical Retina-resolution hq-screens for example. Hopefully the full mouse support will arrive soon now, we all have boxes full of mice laying around that can now be used with an iPad without any problem. So it’s now only missing for the app that would benefit most of this feature...

Works perfect and one time purchase

Used this to queue for WoW classic and man, this works even better than expected. Use it for all kind of things now. Brilliant.

Great

Thuis is the only client I could find that gives fulltime screen remote desktop on the iPad 11 inch 2018 model. All other functionality is there and up to date !

Best RDP client

Best RDP/VNC client that really support iPad Smart Keyboard 2018. Highly recommended. I tried many other clients, but other apps were bad at keyboard support. This one rules. Jump also support iPad Pro 11 native resolution :)

Easy en stable

Jump is an easy to use RD program. I do miss a few features from iTapRDP (which unfortunately isn’t among us for quite some time) like groups for grouping sessions to a customer, and multi-touch/swipe to open the keyboard easily. But overall I’m very pleased! Keep up the good work. Please. 😅

Kleine (verwaarloosbare) minpunten; - Gemis Auto-discovery van Netwerkapparaten. - Geen mogelijkheid de UI iconen te herschikken. *MUST-HAVE-APP-!!!

Just the right app

I am using this app for about a month now. It is a live safer for me. With a vpn enabled I am able to manage my environment direct from my phone from anywhere. I wish I bought it sooner.

Best, most flexible remote desktop app for iOS

If you are looking for a remote desktop solution from your iPad to any desktop (Windows/Mac) then this the one to get - bar none. So you want a simple, yet full featured, iOS app that will allow you to remote desktop to any desktop machine using the NATIVE remote desktop protocols (RDP = Windows / VNC = Mac/*nix) - as long as you have a network path to it - then get this one. I've tried pretty well most: the free VNC Viewer (there's a reason it's free); then there are ones which force you to run 'helper' applications on the target desktop machine (very unhelpful) so you can see the remote desktop AND usually make you pay a yearly charge for the privilege. Ones like Splashtop (I returned it), LogMeIn etc. I used to use PocketCloud but Dell killed it when they bought Wyse. You likely will not find Jump Desktop in most Google searches - but don't worry, it works, and works well and you won't be paying a fortune to use it. Recommended.
