Happy with the app

I bought your app to connect to my company windows desktop from my ipad pro. I am very happy with the app. I bough a new monitor (huawei mateview 28.2) that supports 3840*2560 (3:2) resolution but your app only supports up to 3840*2048. Please add this resolution support to your application. Thanks.

Sorunsuz ve hızlı uzak masaüstü bağlantısı

ERP’imizi SaaS olarak kullanıyoruz. Mac ve iPad’den çok rahat ve hızlı bağlanıyorum. Microsoft Remote Desktop’a göre çok daha hızlı. SaaS için RDP bağlantısını kullanıyorum ve Sanal Sunucumuzdaki Sanal Masaüstüne en fazla 3 saniyede bağlanıyorum. iPad’den ev ve ofisteki Mac makineme bağlanırken de kendi bağlantı metodu olan “fluid” kullanıyorum. O da çok hızlı. Daha önce bir kullanıcı fare desteğinin sadece bir iki fare ile sınırlı olduğunu yazmıştı. Eskiden öyleydi ama şimdi iPadOS 13.4.1 çıkalı beri hemen her türlü Bluetooth fare ile kullanabiliyorsunuz. Mesela ben Logitech m555b ile kullanıyorum sorunsuz bir şekilde. İşyerindeki ve evdeki Mac’lerimde de Desktop versiyonunu kurdum. Burada tek itiraz edeceğim husus iOS (iPadOS dahil) ve macOS için ayrı iki lisans gerektirmesi. Benim için RDP olmazsa olmaz. RDP, VNC ve Fluid olarak üç bağlantı biçimini destekleyen Jump Desktop’tan çok memnununum.

Anlatıldığı Gibi Değil

Her mouse desteği yok, scroll ve sağ tuş gibi tam mouse desteği için en az 60$ tutarında bir mouse almaya yönlendiriyor. Remote masaüstü ipadimde tam ekran açıldığında masaüstü arkaplanı kayboluyor. Beklentilerimi karşılamadı.
