I started off with the free version i had to see what all they had to offer. I really feel that if you stay committed with this app everyday no matter what you will see change. Your just using a jump rope and your body weight. I was inspired to jump rope from Instagram I never knew how much you can burn jump roping. This is by far my favorite

I got the free app first and started jump roping and OMG afterwards I absolutely had to get the paid version. In just 22 minutes I felt it was one of the best short workouts ever. My heart rate stayed in the orange zone for 20 minutes of the workout. I am also a runner and feel this compliments my running on days I can’t get out there. Thank you for creating such wonderful and reasonably priced app. It is uncomplicated and simple to use.
