I used Juna’s workouts for most of my pregnancy to stay active… it was very good, but there were a couple things about the app that I found irritating after a while - the “warm up” and “cool down” exercises get very repetitive for example, and I felt like the exercises could have been ordered a bit better for smoother transitions… often I found you would be down on the floor for one thing, then need to be standing behind a chair for the next, then back down on the floor with a resistance band… and repositioning yourself (especially when pregnant) would take almost more time and effort than the actual workout move… so I would need to pause the workout and restart quite a bit. Outside of that the moves were great for each trimester and I would recommend… just be patient with the interface. -- MintJul3p, 2021-06-23 ### ***** "Great app for pregnancy/postpartum fitness" I started this app partway through pregnancy to find a way to stay active. It took the guesswork out of what exercise was safe. It provided daily workouts and mini workouts. I am now using this postpartum. Again, it’s great to know how to safely start exercising again, as not to aggravate my body and pelvic floor. I’m loving the mini workouts as the 10-15 minute sessions are really easy to get in. I also love that you need very little equipment. You can easily do all these workouts at home. It also has nutrition and recipe tips. I haven’t tried mainly, except for dates to help with labour!
