Beware of no response from customer service

Forgot I had this subscription, it didn’t show up in App Store. Was charged for a year, and received no response when I reached out 3 days in a row. There’s no number, it’s only intercom chat.

I love it!

It targets my needs and is not just a general app. I feel like I’m getting personalized care as the app tracked my pregnancy and now postpartum! Exercises are perfect for me and I don’t feel lost. I love it!

Great but the exercise transitions are too fast

I love this app. It has very valuable information to help you on your pregnancy journey. I'm a first time mom and this app has helped me stay informed about my pregnancy and what to expect and do for a great pregnancy. I love the workouts but there the transition from one workout to the next is too fast. It doesn't give you enough time to get into the new position and take in what the exercise entails before starting the countdown. Especially if you're moving from a floor exercise to a standing one with a big old belly in your center.

Canceled - still charged!

They won’t respond to multiple contacts. Insult to injury, my son passed away at 7 months old, but I’m still getting charged for this stupid app. Does anyone read this from Juna? Please CANCEL this for me.

Loving it

So glad I found this app; it’s been so nice to have them layout each day a pregnancy safe workout that truly gives you a good workout. And they explain why it’s so good to workout while pregnant. All the nutrition and fun little “this week your baby is the size of a….” are helpful & fun. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, Juna!

Beware of scammy subscription practices and poor customer service.

Let me just say, I found the app helpful. I liked the workouts and the recipe suggestions. It had some good value. But after my baby was born I planned to not renew for another year, and renew again the the future for my next baby. However my tune has changed. I have both my email and phone # connected to my account, but I received no notification at all that it was due to renew. I realize there are subscription models that do this, however I view it as a scummy practice especially for a product directly marketed to mom’s with babies. In spite of not notifying me, they changed me for another year’s subscription and I only found out when I saw my credit card statement. Not the end of the world. I submitted a customer service ticket which said they would reply to within several hours. It’s now been several days and there has been no response. It looks like I’ll be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Juna has successfully lost someone who would otherwise have been a loyal returning customer. The app is decent enough that they should have to resort to scammy practices to maintain their business. Edit: when you click the “App Support” button at the top of the review section it sends you to a 404 Page not found.

I tell everyone that this is a must have when trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum. I used with my first pregnancy and now again in my second!

Content is good but good luck cancelling

Next to impossible to cancel — wife tried several times online and no success.

Still being charged for cancellation

I cancelled my subscription back in February 2023 and now (August 2023), I continue to be charged a quarterly subscription. This is not recorded through the Apple app, so I’m unable to take action that way, I contacted the company’s customer support multiple times and have never received a response. Thankfully I was able to get refunded via my credit card last quarter, but this continues to be an issue. BEWARE before you give them any money.

Charged for “free” trial

I signed up for the 7-day “free” trial but my card was immediately charged $119.99. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and have not gotten a response. I wish I read the other reviews before signing up. Total SCAM.
