### ***** "Surprisingly Deep Introspection."
I didn’t go into this app expecting too much but it’s been very helpful for me in helping to understand myself, and guide me through individuation. It gently pushes you to consider your unconscious and if you are doing something out of growth or habitual wearing of the mask that you are accustomed to. It’s worth a subscription in my opinion.
