I know there are a lot of bad reviews on this company. However, I have been working for a week and have made fair enough trips. You will bump into rude people, but they are just having a bad day, so learn not to take it personally. Pay is okay can't complain compared to other companies. Just make sure to call the customer before you go. I know a no-show is $5 when you go far to pick someone, especially when you can't confirm if they are canceling, and dispatch can't do it as well if the customer can't answer. You can cancel ❌, but it can affect your cancellation percentage. Also, don't be greedy and pick another ride when someone is in the car. I know some say you can, but try to pick it up only from the booking section like that You will see if they are going in the same direction, and you will avoid getting a bad review from the customer. Not all trips given to you that pop up go the same way. Trust me, you will save yourself from a nasty headache. Pay is processed Monday and gets to you Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your bank. That's all I have to share for now.
Changes after accepting the job
It is not fair to the driver that after accepting the job and he is on his way to pick up the passenger. They take away the job to assign the job to another driver. Ami has taken away my jobs even having the passenger inside the vehicle.
This is wrong, drivers don't like to waste time.
No es justo para el conductor que después de aceptar el trabajo y este esta en camino a recoger el pasajero. Le quiten el trabajo para asignarle el trabajo a otro conductor. Ami me an quitado trabajos ya incluso teniendo el pasajero dentro del vehículo.
Esto esta mal a los conductores no nos gusta perder el tiempo.
Beware
This company gives cheap trips like 11 dollar for 8 mile trip. Having 3 drivers for one customer. They remove big trips from app once you select it and blame the system. Very awful company . Don’t drive for them.
Super low fares
And no job. You have to wait for hours for 15$ trip.
Ridiculous!
Paying drivers ridiculously low fare and suspending drivers for unprofessional on phone by call inspections! Makes no sense!
Bug glitch & nonsense
1. When a new trip is available it doesn’t make any sound, so basically you have to look at the screen all the time, if you blink you miss the opportunity. I looked straight 10 minutes, now my eyes hurt. Who's idea was this??
2. On profile page, at the bottom it always shows update app even if there is no new updates available
3. Most of the time even if there is no trip on the ‘book’ page it shows 1
And can you guys change the going offline sound? Its a losing sound from old games, it creates a psychological response of losing everytime you go offline, not good for a driver
Consider this review as a guide to fix your app, companies pay thousands $$$$ for research and development, I am giving it to you guys free.
Is not good for the community
I was working for the Jurny car service company in which they act like racist people and do not explain to the drivers what they have to do, they do not speak well, much less explain anything, they only use discriminatory words for you and get you out of the car. service. In my opinion I don't know why the city of New York allows this company to operate. I hope someone in the city works to end this discrimination against us drivers.

Я активно работал в этой компании. Сделал book ride Система сняла с меня работу . Работа куда то исчезла . В итоге они с меня сняли 10$ штраф изза того что я не поехал на pickup .
Нету уважения и понимания к водителям . Грубые диспетчера .
Bad service
I don't recommend it, they suspended my account because I didn't work for a month, I called support and instead of helping me they wanted to make me go waste time to their office when the problem was simple so I deleted my account with them
