## Just Cuts New Zealand Reviews in New Zealand

### ***-- "Good but"
Acts weird sometimes. Cannot select name (sometimes)
-- SpaceWraith, 2026-06-14

### **--- "App not accurate"
Got a message about being at the top of the queue. Dropped everything I was doing to rush to the salon but had over 30 min wait. Time is valuable 🥲
-- Sadleird, 2026-05-03

### *---- "Sign up doesn’t work"
There’s no way to create an account. Verifying ur phone number doesn’t work so u can’t create an account and can’t use the app so a waste of time
-- Shanepp92, 2026-02-28

### ***** "Great App"
Love the Just Cuts App! Super easy to use, makes booking and checking wait times so much simpler. Saves me turning up and guessing how long the wait will be. Straightforward and helpful. Highly recommend ⭐️
-- NixStix09, 2026-02-09

### *---- "Broken"
Doesn’t complete password resets, doesn’t show queue info, no eta time. The call store button didn’t work. Pretty pointless app.
-- 9135lg, 2025-10-06

### ***** "NZ Nomad"
Best App for convenience, I live 25km from my local, i can check in from home and watch the clock tick down till its 20mins, or if I’m at work i just check in from my desk and as soon as they text me i take lunch then. Not sure what everyone is complaining about. Works like a dream
-- NzN0mad, 2025-06-09

### *---- "Doesn’t send an sms"
I have tried and tried to register with this app to book online. Every time I can’t get past the sms verification point. No sms is ever sent to load the code. So frustrating! I can’t sit for 45 mins with my 3 year old waiting for a hair cut. I just go elsewhere
-- FlomBom, 2025-05-03

### *---- "App is Useless"
App is now useless. There is no wait time notifications and the phone number to call the local shop doesn’t exist. Scratch around Google and find another number but the shop never answers it. There’s no point in texting me to be at the shop in 5 minutes when I am 20 kms away.
-- TheNZBeagle, 2025-02-20

### *---- "app fail"
The app keeps telling me it’s sent me a one time code - umm - nope. Never arrived. Told to resend - nothing. Used a different mobile number - still nothing. Can’t even use it now.
-- philandneal, 2025-01-07

### *---- "worst app ever"
Wanted to book a cheap and quick haircut and I decided to give JC the benefit of the doubt and try the app. I refuse to go to their store now because of how much I dislike the app; needed me to make an account, asks for all my info, and won’t work unless I give details including my tracked location, wouldn’t let me enter store location in manually. Good job on deterring a potential customer. I’ll go elsewhere.
-- Username1234abcd, 2024-11-07

### *---- "Broken"
Said I was already checked in at St Lukes. But they had no record of check in. Have screen shots to prove if you want them. Instead I waited for 30min and then had to get the person at the desk to check me in :(
-- Sbnz123987, 2024-09-17

### *---- "Rewards don’t work on the app"
It doesn’t let you redeem rewards. It just crashes. Buggy app, terrible experience and im happy to uninstall it and avoid this company
-- EllieRuby100, 2023-06-21

### ***** "Haircut"
Hey there, I just got my haircut from just cut Queenstown and there’s a one haircut stylist his Name’s Benjamin and he got a really good attitude and knowledge about hair stylists so recommend him 💯💯💯
-- RT PAL, 2023-05-17

### **--- "App crashes on IOS 16.2"
App crashes on IOS 16.2. Please fix.
-- View12346, 2023-01-21

### *---- "Waste of time."
Crashes on open after this new update with the design change. Booking through the app never put you in line either.
-- Robert024, 2023-01-20

### *---- "Do not update"
Since latest update app crashes
-- Kiwifly oh, 2023-01-12

### *---- "DO NOT UPDATE!!!!"
was a great App, then it was updated and log on details lost, no luck with the reset…
Needless to say I will be deleting this app soon, unless the reset info comes through soon….
-- WildfireNZ1, 2022-12-15

### *---- "Doesn’t load to open app"
Been waiting and waiting and won’t finish downloading
-- Abzkai, 2022-10-06

### *---- "Poor UX"
Geofencing this app when you book was not smart - if you’re headed into town, it prevents booking due to you being more than 20k away.
-- Dj lazy-T, 2022-04-21

### ***-- "Bugs in app"
Previously was app to go in the app, it was brilliant could book an appointment and see my point. Lately I haven’t been able to get in to the app. Keeps kicking me out :(
