Always fresh food and fast delivery also food is very tasty

I have many many DREADFUL experiences using this “app” i ordered food , never came , was told that the driver confirmed and they couldn’t do without it , my children were upset , secondly i got a discount voucher and it didn’t expire for another month but kept telling me it was expired very upset, third! i ordered food , it came an hour and a half later than expected! when i called the restaurant told me it would be only 15 more minutes, i called 15 times and the answer never changed , fourthly they completely messed up my order and refused to either refund or redo! very disappointed, WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN UNLESS I GET COMPENSATION WITH ATLEAST! A FREE ORDER thanks very much for reading this , please do your JOB better in the future so people like me don’t suffer.

Agents are always offline. Estimates are always wrong and useless
Ridiculous system
I ordered food that was never delivered, requested refund, got told by just eat they can’t refund as food was delivered. All good until your food doesn’t get delivered , then you are at a loss. Better to use some other service just in case.
Good but drivers keep delivering 2 orders at once
Drivers regularly grab 2 orders and often enough they drive 10-15 minutes in the opposite direction to deliver the first order. Contacted the live chat numerous times but they always give the same reply that my order will be with my shortly…
Didn’t receive any response and order
I didn’t receive my order an now i have to order again.
Amazing
Beautiful food I ordered mozzarella sticks and they were gorgeous.
