## Just MyStats Description
Just MyStats brings your Apple Health data into one focused dashboard. See daily and weekly metrics with customizable targets inspired by longevity science—and drill into trends when you need more context.

DAILY METRICS
• Steps
• REM sleep % and deep sleep %
• Total sleep (last night)
• Resting heart rate
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Weight (read from Health; log in the app)
• Blood pressure (read from Health; log in the app)

WEEKLY METRICS
• Zone 2 cardio time (from workouts and heart rate)
• HIIT time
• VO2 max

DETAIL CHARTS
Tap any metric for interactive charts over 7 days, 30 days, or the past year. Compare your progress to your personal goal on the same screen.

MAKE IT YOURS
• Four dashboard appearances — Classic, Glass, Signal, and Notion — switch anytime in Settings
• Customizable targets — Peter Attia–style defaults (e.g. 25% REM, 20% deep sleep, 7 hours sleep, 10,000 steps, 4 hours Zone 2) or set your own
• Trends — Simple up/down indicators vs the previous day or week
• Optional daily reminders — Nudge yourself to check your metrics
