Ordering my BYOB in advance would be fantastic, but it's a bit disappointing that the essential ingredients like shrimp, salmon, scallops, and tofu are missing. After all, BYOB isn't truly "build your own" without these key components. The process starts by asking about the type of rice, then moves on to mix-ins like cucumber, sweet onion, and scallions, followed by selecting the sauce, and finally, picking toppings such as wasabi, pickled ginger, corn, and crab salad. However, it seems like one of the most crucial elements is overlooked in this ordering process.

Tried to use my gift card but it took money out of my bank account instead 🤦‍♂️ i had 53$ in my gift card so i know for sure i had money in it

I order from just poke at least once a week! The app makes it a seamless experience for my weekly pickup!

Found this app really easy to use, I love being able to order ahead and skip the line.

Reminded me of the app I have for chipotle east to place my order and then pop in and pick up, love skipping lines!

Ordering requires tapping through six different screens. At the end you'll get an "order confirmation" screen. Is your order confirmed? No, it's not even submitted. In every other ordering app after submitting tip and confirming total, your order is placed. Twice I've gone to the restaurant only to realize my order was never submitted because of this awful interface. It was such a waste of time I abandoned my carts. Do yourself a favor and use a third party app that knows how to fix fall-offs in the ordering flow.

My favorite local store in Redmond offers poke by the pound and extra scoops of protein for an extra charge. None of these are available in the app or via other online ordering platforms. So no ‘skip the line’ option for me…:(

Put together order & when I tried to set a pickup time it only allowed immediately or much later in the day, when I wanted it an hour from now. Tried to start order again same glitch, just drove there and ordered in person.

Had a very smooth ordering experience using their discount code and my poké bowl and spam musubi were ready when I went in for pickup. 👍
