IMPORTANT:
• Just Press Record does not record phone calls or audio from other apps.

Great if never need to find something
The "just press record" idea was a proverbial game changer for me but the app has become useless now after using it for so long. In order to find anything when browsing, I have to browse individual folders by date. Which is now 100s, literally 100s of folders making it too frustrating to look back and just browse through old recordings and give a quick listen to find them or cleanup old recordings or the dozens of 1 and 2 second recordings from accidentally hitting the button (I would not mind those at all if I could easily see them in the list of files for deletion). I don't see any way to change this view to a "flattened" view. I use this to record musical ideas without having to fuss with a bunch of buttons when I "just want to record", Not "Just Press Record, but be sure to take the time to thoughtfully name, label, or whatever your recording in a way that you'll be able to have a chance of ever finding it again in a month". That is all.
Just say it!
Just Press Record is one of my favourite apps. It is non-intrusive but always there when I need it. It has been my reliable third ear that listens to my inner thoughts and transcribes them accurately. Highly recommended.
Simply the best
I have been using JustRecord since it was released. It’s my daily companion and I love its simplicity and high quality. Because I collect words, sayings and interesting thoughts this app makes my life much easier.

So simply to use. Admittedly the voice-to-text isn’t that great at times, but it give u an idea and record so you can jump to the spot in the recording to hear what was actually said.
Especially love the ability to use it on my watch!!!!! such an amazing feature! just about never writte reviews, well done on a great app!

The transcription is useless
Even when talking very slowly, it only picks up every 3rd word and often gets this word incorrect. Do not purchase.

Transcription not reliable
Thank have tested the transcription on a 30 minute meeting which was a purpose of my purchase. During transcribing, the process stopped/failed several times and the result was really poor, with only about every fifth word correctly identified. I understand it is probably using Apple transcription services so the author cannot do much about it...
