That’s why we created the JustBE Mindful App - to help mindfully guide you along your journey to “JustBE-ing”! What people are saying about JustBE? Jean-Jacaues Joris. MA, JD. LPC. Twin Oaks Farm. Center for Mindfulness-Based Equine- Facilitated Counseling and Learning, Longmont, Colorado Nikki's book is a wonderful collection of simple yet profound mindfulness practices that are as enjoyable to teach as they are to learn. Unlike many mindfulness workbooks, which cause the kids in our lives to roll their eyes and reach for their smartphones, JustBE is an effective invitation to explore the magic of slowing down and the power of curiosity. With her no-nonsense wise and deeply caring approach, Nikki has invented the Swiss Army pocket knife of mindfulness practice, providing you with a tool for every occasion. David Chernikoff, MDiv, LCSW, Meditation Teacher, Insight Meditation Community of Colorado Nikki Levine's JustBE Mindfulness Guidebook is just the kind of resource many parents and teach- ers need right now. With the wisdom of a longtime meditation practitioner and the compassion of an experienced mother, Nikki offers a skillful blend of information and experiential exercises that can be applied at home in family life as well as in the classroom. Helping our children develop emotional intelligence at an early age is one way to give them what they need to live healthy, happy and satisfying lives. Mary Wallace, Overtown Youth Center, High School Coordinator I have seen firsthand how the JustBE mindfulness practices can help provide young people with a powerful tool to cope with the stresses of everyday life and beyond.
