they activated my account for no reason and now i did many inquiries they even don’t answer of my emails not the online form inquires its very irresponsible system
Address input bug
Not possible to create courier account because of wrong form validation with “What address will you begin runs at?” Always gives error: We couldn't process the address you selected, try entering a full street address without suite or unit information.

Do you fill your self slave , do you want work for penny? Do you want waste your time ? So then you are at correct way !
APP DO NOT WORKING
Since Sunday 18/08/2024 I just received one order. Three working days e just one order. There’s no any phone number (rider support), I’ve sent 3 emails and I didn’t get any answer. There’s no any office where you can go talk face to face with any supporter. What a hell is going on?

DON’T WORK FOR THEM
I was doing deliveries for them quite recently and came to a situation where the delivery location was outside of the delivery zone. The pinpoint they gave me was 5km away from the property's address. I sent their customer team screenshots of the order details highlighting the distance of the property away from the delivery zone and they do NOT CARE about their employee. They would NOT REIMBURSE me for the extra distance travel and the inconvenience even though I delivered the food to the customer. They seem to value unfairness and have no regard for their delivery drivers. I would NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THEM as they will NOT HELP YOU if anything goes wrong and BLAME you instead for the situation.
Overflow doesnt work
I got two hours overflow and there was no order, like it was not active, please fix this bugg
