I was doing deliveries for them quite recently and came to a situation where the delivery location was outside of the delivery zone. The pinpoint they gave me was 5km away from the property's address.

I sent their customer team screenshots of the order details highlighting the distance of the property away from the delivery zone and they do NOT CARE about their employee. They would NOT REIMBURSE me for the extra distance travel and the inconvenience even though I delivered the food to the customer.

They seem to value unfairness and have no regard for their delivery drivers.

I would NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THEM as they will NOT HELP YOU if anything goes wrong and BLAME you instead for the situation.

hello, after sending several emails, and not being able to follow another means of communication that solves my problem, I had to resort to this channel, I bought my delivery bag and did not receive it until today, I already sent 3 emails and the answer is always the same, they will send it within 5 business days, now I have been trying to change my account to a car account for a week, I already sent the documents by email, they ask to send them directly through the system, but they do not provide more fields to put the rest of the documents and they do not solve it by email, I need someone to solve my problem, because I had to reschedule all my work hours to make this change and so far nothing, we need a more efficient channel with just eat because the delivery people are in the last plan.

Cannot make deliveries anymore, app frozen on a shift for 3 weeks now, I can book shifts but can start it because does not allow me finish my previous shift since day 1. And customer service treats you as a dumb, already attached vídeo, explained I’ve run all troubleshooting steps and they email me back to do it again because from their side everything looks fine.

I would like to share my experience working for this company, so that the next employees know who they will deal with ..... I must say right away that based on my own experience, more than two thousand orders have been made .. first, this company has no respect for the drivers they are for  they are slaves, prices for orders are paid as low as possible, that is, if the order is 10 km away they will pay a maximum of 6-7 euros and it turns out that you are paid 6-7 for 20 km considering that you have to return back ... considering current fuel prices  and the cost of insurance and the cost of living in Dublin is unprofitable in the end you work for a penny !!!  about customer support, I would describe it like this: one is dumber than the other, it’s just awful how stupid they are, having arrived at the client at the address I can’t make a swipe parked at the client, thus I have to contact the support service so that they update my status and I can take the following orders,  they answer that: I have never been there at the specified address of the client and they will not update my status, although I am at the client in front of the house and the order has already been delivered !!!!  they have such a stupid system where idiots work !!!  about how a company pays for waiting in a restaurant, this is the same as a lottery, the system does not work correctly !!!  may pay may not pay… working for these greedy bastards no perks!  you can work for a long time or make a large number of orders!  you are just a slave for them, your account can be blocked for no reason, when accepting an order you are faced with a choice or refuse or accept, if you refuse your rating will drop by 10 percent, and to restore these 10 percent you will need to make 10 orders !!  !!  the lower your rating, the less likely you are to get the next order !!!  very reminiscent of slave owners ....  I would like to share this experience that any other employee knew who he would deal with !!!
