Doesn’t navigate you through the app like uber does and others and doesn’t let you see exactly were the drop offs are going to go before the job expires all in all rubbish app and when you get to the customers the app just shuts down and takes forever to get back on it to put the delivery codes in, not a good app to work from and I have requested them to change my zone area, I have had confirmation from them they have changed it and said to me it will take several hours to come in effect but that was yesterday and still waiting to change zones were I want to be because sometimes you could sit in your car all day and not much jobs get assigned to you

### *---- "Unfair Pay When One Stop Is Cancelled"
The pay system for multi-stop deliveries is extremely unfair. If Just Eat assigns two stops and the driver has to cancel one, the payment for the remaining stop can drop to only £1–£2, regardless of the distance.

For example, a two-stop delivery may originally pay £6. If one stop is cancelled, Just Eat might pay only around £1.50 for the remaining stop, even if it is still 5 miles away. The driver still has to use fuel, spend time and complete the delivery, but the payment does not properly reflect the mileage or work involved.

Just Eat should calculate the remaining delivery fee based on the actual distance and time, rather than reducing it to an unreasonably low amount. This needs to be fixed because it is unfair to couriers.

The problem isn't mainly the jobs but the way the app works to let you see these jobs. If you get 2 orders you have no chance of zooming in to see where they go because the delivery details bar does not go down. Delivery distance seems to be calculated at a straight line which is highly misleading. The "starting journey" & "complete order" are unnecessary. The app crashes are less frequent now but should you be inactive for 2-3 minutes it kicks you out the platform, regardless of a network issue. A way to tell drivers that an order is ready to collect would be appreciated. It's 2026. Both UberEats and Deliveroo do not use an acceptance rate. The fact you get put in a higher tier if you accept more orders is ridiculous and does not push riders to work harder, especially if the next order isn't appealing to accept, which isn't fair as we are all self-employed and get no hourly rates. Waiting longer for an order used to get you an attendance fee but that is no longer the case. Lastly, the support team is always the hardest to reach out to. Never an easy path to the situation you're facing with a customer or order.

If you’re reading this before applying, then Sir, you are a very smart person and have saved your self a LOT of time. 

If, like me, you’re unlucky enough to be reading the reviews after applying, only to discover the app doesn’t actually work….. congratulations. You’ve now just wasted all that time and the privilege of finding out afterwards.

Honestly I would give this 0 stars but you can’t. 

Also god knows what they will do with all your information you have provided to them …….
