Take the shoe down if it’s sold out with no plan of a restock. Why as a customer do I see the same shoe listed as out of stock every month????

Everything about the VIP MEMBERSHIP is a complete FRAUD You’ll pay FULL PRICE for items everyone else can purchase at a discount rate - then your $49.95 won’t cover TAXES - but they fail to mention any of their false advertisement. DON’T Do IT - GO to ROSS , TJMAXX OR TARGET even - nothing this site sells is worth full pricing - PERIOD !

I just downloaded the app and it ask me to sing up before creating an account so I will delete it because it’s not working at all 🤷🏻‍♀️

This website is very terrible I waited 1 months for my package and they lied 7 times saying my package was coming the next day this website is basically a scam I ordered my package on the 5th on December and today is the 28th of December at first they said it was gone come inna week then they said 2 weeks then said 3 then 4 then 5 and so on they said it’s gone take another 10 business days for my package to come I’m canceling that order and I’ll never shop from them again 1/10

So far I’ve downloaded the app 3 times and every time it hasn’t given me the option to make an account it’s just says select the country you created an account with then directs me to the sign in page. How do I make an account?

So when I first subscribed, JustFab was very cool. Nice quality shoes, boots, clothes, loved it. You’d get a great deal for what you spent on a monthly credit and I’d usually end up spending more than whatever I had as credit from subscribing. Now? You spend $49.95/mo. for a monthly subscription, then they have items priced as: $15 or 1 member credit. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So I can pay cash for the item on top of the $49.95 credit, OR I can use my $49.95 to buy ONE ITEM priced at $15?? 🤣👋🏼 Now more sure than ever that I’ll be using this credit, unsubscribing and deleting the app for good. You’ve officially jumped the shark, JustFab. Buh bye.

I have used Justfab for years. I have tried to get into the app a few time in the last month and none of the pages will load. Not sure what the issue is but I’m very disappointed.

It wants me to sign into my account. I don’t have an account. 🤷‍♂️

The app is slow to load and glitches constantly
