WARNING: THIS APP CHARGES YOU EACH MONTH WITHOUT ANNOUNCEMENT!! I ALMOST GOT MY CARD CLOSED BECAUSE OF THIS 50 DOLLAR CHARGE THEY DID!! I WAS TOLD TO WAIT ONE HOUR ON CALL FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE ME A REFUND, BUT THEY MADE ME WAIT 8 HOURS!! IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU TEXT THEM THROUGH MESSANGER!

Please check how long ago most or all reviews were posted - I’m guessing most anything that’s current has been hidden since they are crooks here at Just Fab!!!!
First off the “ Become a Member “ is such an over the top SCAM - on that alone they should be out of business -The quality of the shoes are fair to midland - the $10 1st. pair is a deal then the deals run very thin. But what is worse is the membership- if you don’t think about Just Fab in the 4 day window timeline the you are charged $49.95 - but you can use YOUR MONEY to purchase anytime - but here’s the deal - if you find a shoe that’s marked down say it’s only $19.95 on special if you want to purchase it that is NO PROBLEM- if u bundle it - if a bundle is offered at $79.95 & u have banked 2 months of $49.95 then you have to use 2 VIP credits to make the purchase bundle - so 2 vip credits equal $49.94 x 2 =$99.88 but the bundle is priced $79.95 then use up $99.88 and you have $0.00 credit left !makes sense right - vip members get to pay extra for just fab to allow u to spend your money - it’s not credits they gave u it’s cash they charged your card & hold on to ur money- 
So to be a VIP MEANS YOU PAY MORE THAN NON VIP MEMBERS - non vip members get to purchase items on sale for the actual sale price - or you can too - u just have to spend more of YOUR MONEY to get something at the actual price - if I wanted some sale Sandals 4 instance on sale at $19.95 and Just Fab is holding my cash MY MONEY OF 2 credits equaling $99.88 and I want a sandal for $19.95 I can use up one CREDIT AND GET THE $20 sandal but really I’m then losing $30 going nowhere - a twenty dollar shoe is now for a VIP MEMBER $50 - they use a while credit u get nothing in return-& it’s your money they’re taking - oh and you must pay for shipping on top of losing $30 they won’t take shipping fee out of your cash  they charged your debit - now u can use the same debit card additionally to pay shipping but they can’t deduct shipping from the cash they already took from you -
This company doesn’t believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE - they believe that screwing you for more money more money is the motto their philosophy is based - take the customer for all you can while u can because any day now this Just Fab should be shut down by better business burial for robbing customers - it’s a sick and wrong way of doing business and you should not invest your better off going to a Nordstrom or online Nordstrom & pay for what u truly get and not RIPPED OFF

Yo solía comprar en la aplicación y todo llegaba bien, hace muchos años que no compraba así que la descargue nuevamente porque quería unos zapatos bonitos para una boda y pedí desde diciembre un par de tacones altos para que llegaran a finales de enero, cosa que nunca sucedió. En el primer pedido dejé puesta por equivocación la dirección antigua de donde solía vivir, me comuniqué con ellos tan pronto noté el error, ni siquiera habían pasado horas de eso y ya según ellos no se podía alterar nada en el pedido porque supuestamente ya ese paquete había sido enviado, pido reembolso y me dicen que no se puede, que debo esperar a que llegue el paquete y reenviarlo para que entonces ellos me devuelvan mi dinero, le explico que eso no es posible porque no vivo en esa dirección y que no tengo manera de comunicarme con nadie en esa dirección porque no vive nadie que yo conozca y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada. Procedo a hacer otro pedido de los mismos zapatos y pongo bien mi dirección, pero esta vez el paquete ha estado en el mismo lugar desde diciembre 28 y ya estamos a enero 20, mismo problema, NO HAY MANERA DE SOLICITAR REEMBOLSO PORQUE HAY QUE ESPERAR QUE EL PEDIDO LLEGUE PARA PODER DEVOLVERLO Y QUE ME DEVUELVAN MI DINEEO!!!! ES UN TOTAL ROBO, SI PUDIERA DEJAR ESTA RESEÑA SIN NINGUNA ESTRELLA LO HARÍA PORQUE ES PÉSIMO EL SERVICIO EN TODOS LOS ASPECTOS Y LA DICHOSA MEMBRESIA VIP ES UN FRAUDE TOTAL!!!! NO LA DESCARGUEN, NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO NI SU DINERO!!!…..
