When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded. It doesn’t sync through my devices
It’s a good app. though the acct doesn’t sync with my ipad and iphone
SCAMMER APP EVER
I downloaded the app because of the trial and now they charged me for ₱999. I can’t download other apps because I have to pay the bill first. They will charge you and won’t let you cancel it!! It says that “You have cancelled your subscription” but still have to pay to be able to download because i still have unpaid bill. I paid already and I NEED MY MONEY BACK!! REFUND SCAM
SCAM
I downloaded this app because they offered free trial for 3 days. I cancelled the subscription right after i downloaded it because i have no plans on going premium. Now I am unable to download other apps because they are holding up my account. They want me to pay for the app first so I can continue downloading apps in the app store and then request for a refund which doesn’t make sense to me. Why settle the payment if afterwards i’ll be requesting for a refund? And if you read some other reviews, they are really having hard time with the refund process. They told me to contact apple since they said they cannot intervene with the process but apparently before I sent an email to them I already contacted apple and I was told to contact the app developer. So basically this app is a SCAM. Offering the so called “3 day trial” but they will charge you right away! You guys are FOOLING people!! WORST APP EVER!!

i downloaded this app i try because it say 3days free trial. but after i download they ask a payment method so i enter my gcash account they the gcash send me a message your balance is not enough so i canceled and delete the apps. now i'm worried to put money on my gcash now because maybe they get it because until now its pending.. stupid
