when I saw all the exercises on a chair, I thought , fantastic, i get asked all the questions, so i answer 75 yrs old, easy exercises, no jumping, need to loose 5 kg etc. I get my programme for the month, no chair, from 17 to 30 min exercises,standing up, one lying down, one standing up, than lying down..... really and hardly any time in between. All I wanted was the chair exercises, not a workout for a youngster.

When I bought a plan it said I’d get a 7-day free trial. However, my card was charged right away. And the plan lasts until January 6 only. There’s no 7-day trial like you advertised.
I cancelled the trial since the second day but they still charged me.
I just want to try free trial but its already charged me☹️
The reason I gave 1 star is on day 4 I couldn’t get to to it and only the apps adds popped up it’s annoying
