I’m a senior with fibromyalgia. I really debated this purchase and now I am so grateful. After one year my doctor and physical therapist are blown away by my range of motion and flexibility. Justin is a wonderful instructor and inspired me to get moving daily. The app is very easy to navigate and he has a variety of different types of workouts for mobility, balance, cardio, and strength.  His wife is also in a lot of his workouts to provide the higher impact to his low impact moves.  There are also recipes and inspirational content.  This app is definitely worth your time if you have been sedentary.  Justin is very gentle and encouraging at the same time.  Thank you Justin!!!

I used to workout, and stopped after repeated injuries. It’s been like 10 years, so I was nervous to get back into it. Justin provides a plethora of various exercises in a clam and relaxing manner. He has full body workouts to workout that focus on speicifc areas. He even has different types of training (mobility, strength, neuroplasticity, etc.).
