These are scammers who promise you one thing in their ads, but in reality these functions are not in their app. No one returned my money for the purchase, although I contacted them directly. The description stated lessons with an AI tutor, when you buy the application there is no AI tutor and they only promise that one will appear, I have been hearing these promises for half a year now.
you have to pay to get better chats
Got the paid subscription couple months ago. All went well till the lessons started to get stack at some point. It happened several times, till today so I just can’t login in it any more! Going to ask for a refund.

试用之后感觉很失望，卸载之后却被通知已经交费。无奈开始使用却频频发生产品没有反应的现象。突然被卡在谋一个课程中，之后，无论选择继续课程，退出课程选择其他内容，退出程序都不能得到改善。使用时间越久卡住的现象越频繁，且故障时间持续的更久。与客服多次联络无果，总之这是一款让我很失望的产品。
