I have the same symptoms as before and have used the app previously without any issues. Apparently today I was told that I have an upper viral respiratory infection (which I have no symptoms of) and they wanted me to keep using mucinex and a nasal spray that’s not been effective . They abruptly closed the visit when I disagreed . Turns out that I do have a bacterial sinus infection and was prescribed antibiotics through another physician. Sad that they just want to diagnose what is currently the popular illness at the time and not listen to the patient. I also have a medical background and several family members who are physicians and NP’s . Definitely a waste of time and money to have to seek medical attention elsewhere and to be talked down by a medical professional who has no clue to anyone’s background.
