no doubt food is 10/10. i tried most of the time but this time i tried delivery through the app but the service is terrible yesterday i order at 11pm and from 12 onwards i continuously called and they said order coming in 5,10,15 mins and i waited till 2pm the ordered didn't come..seriously? even it wasn't weekend if you can't manage delivery service then don't waste our time or try to improve your delivery service... pathetic

I got the notification that there’s something missing in data, please complete it so we can proceed, but on click to notification app opens and nothing happened. It should be redirected me to any screen where I can complete the missing details Also after few minutes in the pending the order vanished from active state and I keep getting notification related to my order, but I couldn’t track my order neither from my orders now active order. Very disappointing! I don’t see the cancel order option, if mistakenly I placed I need to get it. There is no option to cancel the order

There’s so many bugs in this app 1st of all it says you need to update but there is no update Second: It gives me notifications repeatedly “Complete your order” even tho I have already placed it Third: When your order gets canceled it doesn’t even notify you or let you know that your order is canceled this app has wasted ao much of time doing this I ordered the food it says that order is accepted and then no delivery at all and when I call the helpline they say Oh sorry your order was canceled hours ago.

Location is not working in app decided self location😡

Please update your App because when i choose city then it’s ok it’s working but when I am choosing area then that area box very slow to selecting delivery area

Had a bad experience there was a hair in my burger.. Should focus on hygiene otherwise you’ll loose your loyal customers😬😬

Worst on delivering food on time, it’s always like that but now they have achieved another record of not delivering the food on time and it’s been 2:30 hours since I’ve ordered the food and still haven’t received it. Disappointed
