## KABGO Description
Experience the convenience of on-demand transit with KABGO – book a ride exactly when you need it. Simply download the KABGO app today and schedule your ride with ease. It's as simple as a quick click to get you on the go. The on-demand service provides flexible, direct transport across campus and residential areas during non-peak hours and weekends.

Our intelligent service allows passengers to share their journeys with others traveling in the same direction. When you book a journey, our powerful algorithm seamlessly matches you with a premium vehicle that will pick you up at a convenient spot. KABGO represents a cutting-edge model of on-demand transportation – a tech-enabled solution that comes to your doorstep precisely when and where you require it.

How does KABGO Ride operate?
It's a revolutionary on-demand travel concept that aggregates multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. When you use the KABGO App, simply input your address, and we'll match you with a vehicle headed your way. We'll pick you up and drop you off at at the nearest stop to your origin or destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times comparable to a taxi, making it a far more convenient option than other modes of travel.

How long will I wait?
You'll always receive an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking, and you can even track your vehicle in real time within the app.

How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?
The number of fellow passengers varies based on vehicle capacity and your selected destination.

Try out this innovative on-demand transport app that is set to transform your perception of travel. We eagerly await your presence on your next journey. Just click and go!
Remember you can book for multiple passengers.

Booking is required. We recommend using the Rekab app to book your journey, however, a smartphone is not required to book a trip with the on-demand bus.

Book a little ahead of time. For example, if you want a bus to pick you up as close to 3:10 as possible, don't wait until 3:10 to make your request – start making your request at 2:45.

If you have any questions or need additional details, reach out to SAPTCO’s customer service at 012-808-5222 or via email at Support@rekab.sa.

Love our app? Please take a moment to rate us! Any questions

## KABGO Reviews in Saudi Arabia

### *---- "Terrible app"
It seems the app isn’t communicating between passengers and drivers. Disappointing
-- Upset-passenger, 2026-01-30

### *---- "Buns"
This app is straight up awful. The timings are never right and the bus comes whenever it wants. The app is super glitchy, takes forever to load, and half the time doesn’t even work properly. Just frustrating to use.
-- Moabdkhan, 2026-01-15

### *---- "Terrible app"
The app is very laggy, the address is are most in Arabic only the numbers are in English and I am not in Arabic speaker so it is really difficult for me to understand. Then the app says that the on-demand bus is let's say six and I wait for the bus but a bus with a different number comes and goes and then it tells me that you have missed your bus so they're booking one bus and sending another the numbers are not corresponding. Rebap was a better app
-- Soul_less_knight, 2025-10-27

### *---- "App is Malfunctional"
Horrible, buggy piece of junk! Why switch from an already-stable version of an app (rekab) to this? Location of driver fails to update properly, driver is stationary but time still ticks down then proceeds to “pick you up” even when you are NOT in the bus, and the added delay makes it impossible to secure a ride in under 30 seconds. Finally, customer service did not take any of my feedback over phone and insisted WhatsApp.
-- Ggggrttgba, 2025-10-06

### *---- "Not accurate"
Not accurate at all, I have been waiting in the sun so much and the app kept saying that the driver is 1 minute away. Worst part is that they put a number to call but its a US number that is not even toll free nor approachable. Please return to recab at least it works
