Очень хорошее приложение, через 30 дней подтянулся живот и мышцы укрепились. Только вот хочу продолжения) очень прошу, сделайте продолжение, на следующие 30 дней.

Очень плохой набор упражнений для начинающих. В принципе от набора для продвинутых он отличается только количеством повторений. Третье упражнение "поднятие торса" практически невозможно сделать даже человеку, который регулярно занимается в тренажёрном зале и делает упражнения на пресс. Из пяти таких человек это упражнение выполнил лишь один тренер, и то очень тяжело и совсем немного повторений. Очень не рекомендую данное приложение.

Я не знаю на кого это рассчитано, ну уж точно не для тех, кто спортом последний раз занимался в школе. 23 день 95 качаний пресса серьезно?!! Слишком сильно и много добавляют ото дня в день упражнений.
