• Stellen Sie über WLAN eine Verbindung zwischen Ihrem Wechselrichter und der NX Setup App her
• Konfigurieren Sie Ihren Wechselrichter oder ändern Sie die Parameter einfach
• Aktualisieren Sie die Wechselrichter-Software
• Einspeisung ins Netz in wenigen Minuten

Ich muss sagen wenn man selbst als Fachmann nicht schafft die Geräte in Betrieb zu nehmen und der Techniker auch nicht weiter weiß, muss man diese Geräte einfach vom Markt nehmen. Gibt genügend andere Hersteller die das vernünftig hinbekommen haben. Also weg mit KACO und her mit vernünftigen Geräten und Apps. 
Nie wieder so ein Schrott.

Man kann nur momentanwerte ablesen, das war’s.
- keine Daten vom Verbrauch
- keine Daten von der Einspeisung
- was wurde erwirtschaftet
- was wurde vom Netz bezogen

angezeigt wird nur momentaner Wert der Leistung und gesamtlaufzeit und gesamterzeugniss. 

Wenn ich mir Konkurrenzprodukte anschaue, kann da KACO bald einpacken.

### ***-- "Nach mehreren Anläufen gehts"
Ich musste meinen 10.0 NX3 mehrere Male mit dem Wlan verbinden. Nach dem Neustart der App ging es dann im 4. Anlauf. Man kann die Parameter alle setzen und danach sind die Grundeinstellungen dann gesperrt. Für nachträgliche Änderungen muss man auf das Freischaltpasswort vom Support warten. Ein paar Benutzereinstellungen lassen sich aber tätigen, wie die Wahl zwischen Blueplanet Web und Modbus. Beides gleichzeitig ist leider nicht möglich. Man kann über die App auch die aktuell erzeugte Leistung sehen. 

Dass sich der NX3 ausschließlich per Wlan verbinden lässt ist in meinen Augen das größte Manko und sorgt wohl für die meisten Probleme. Gleichzeitig kann man sich über die App dann aber ohne Benutzername und Passwort einfach mit dem Wechselrichter verbinden. An die IT-Sicherheit wurde hier wohl nicht gedacht.

Ich frage mich, ob die Firma auch selbst ihre Software mal testet. Seite 1, Absatz 1, Schritt 1 geht schon nicht. Und so was kommt in den App Store…

Nach Handywechel (IOS) geht gar nix mehr. Kann auf nichts mehr zugreifen. Es wird nicht mehr gesucht. Komm nicht zu einer Seite um das Wlan auszuwählen…

Leider hat man mit der aktuellen Version nicht die Möglichkeit Modbus zu aktivieren. Somit ist das Monitoring für Drittanbieter leider nicht möglich. Auch eine Nachfrage bei Kaco ist nicht möglich. Man kann zwar Online ein Serviceticket erstellen, das war’s dann aber auch schon. Man erhält von Kaco keinerlei Feedback. So einen schlechten Service erlebt man selten. Schade

Endlich ist die App wieder für IOS verfügbar. Die Verbindung mit dem Wechselrichter um das heimische Netzwerk einzustellen geht leider nicht. Die Möglichkeit wird nur kurz angezeigt und dann ist man auch schon wieder auf der ersten Seite. Eine Anfrage bei Kaco wurde gar nicht beantwortet. Schlechter Service … gibt schlechtes Image …
