Description

The application allows you to view the public cadastral map of Ukraine and provides additional features:
- search for a land plot by cadastral number using StateGeoCadastre data, all successful search results are stored in history on a mobile device;
- visually locate the land on the cadastral map and get click information on the cadastral number, land area, type of property and purpose. When completing additional authorization on the website of the State Geo Cadastre of Ukraine with the help of an electronic signature, obtain information on ownership and property rights;
- determine the location of the land plot on the ground and get the coordinates of the selected points; for this, you need to press a finger on the border of the land plot displayed on the StateGeoCadastre;
- create lists of selected cadastral numbers for quick search on the cadastral map;
- send information received from State Geo Cadastre of Ukraine about the cadastral number using instant messengers;
- pave the way to the land and enable navigation to quickly find it;
- to take measurements of the area by forming a polygon indicating points on the cadastral map or by recording the track when going around the land along the contour;
- receive StateGeoCadastre news online to keep abreast of all land laws;
- view the cadastral division in orthophotomaps of the Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine.

The application connects to the cloud service www.soft.farm, registered users receive additional functions for managing the land bank:
- сompare the boundaries of the units with the cultivated field;
- control lease agreements and their duration;
- receive information about shareholders and tenants.

Не розумію, я купив резервну карту, користувався, зберігав обʼєкти, а тепер доступ до застосунку коштує 5000грн? Поверніть гроші за резерв.

Чого я заплатив за кадастровий слой, стоїть на ньому галочка, а він не відображається!?!?

Не можливо провірити покупку

Не можливо купити резервний кадастр

Проблема

Неможливо подивитися інформацію про право власності та майнові права, після оновлення!

Кадастровий шар

Зареєструвалась через застосунок, оплату шару «резервний кадастр» здійснила через комп’ютер зі свого ж акаунту. Попри це в мобільному застосунку цей шар не дійсний і пропонує його купити знов.

Не відображається інформація на платних запитах.

Доброго дня. Робив декілька платних запитів ,на деяких з них відображається лише кадастровий номер без будь якої іншої інформації - перша сторінка. Прошу прокоментувати. Дякую.

Не вдається відновити купівлю на іншому пристрої

Застосунок цілком не поганий, своє призначення виконує. Реклама часто вискакує зненацька, та ще й зі звуком, інколи лякала. Єдиний мінус, не зміг на іншому своєму пристрої відновити купівлю. Поясніть як це зробити, якщо це можливо?

Чому після покупки «без реклами» я бачу вашу рекламу? Чому замовити безкоштовний витяг з ЕРРП у вас коштує 2,50$? Це ж не витяг ДЗК!!! Роблю запит на відшкодування коштів! Брехуни! 05.08.2023 Я нічого не плутаю! Тому що я витяг просто дивлюся, а не реєструю його. Це публічна безкоштовна інформація. І для того, щоб його подивитися я логінусь через свій електронний ключ. І потім бачу хто власник. Так завжди було раніше і з компа і через ваш додаток. А тепер це коштує 2.50$ у вас. Чому? Витяг ДЗК завжди був платний, це знаю. Але публічна інформація безплатна. А у вас 2.50$.

Нікуди не годиться

Потрібно платити щоб програма працювала, не за відключення реклами, не за про версію, а за те щоб вона виконувала те для чого вона зроблена.
