Journaling about it, googling it at 2am, telling yourself you'll deal with it tomorrow. None of it sticks, because none of it talks back. You know the pattern logically. Knowing it hasn't changed it. Kael is different. It's a personal AI mentor built around real conversation, not a course to finish or a page to fill. You bring whatever is happening, typed, spoken, or a screenshot, and Kael asks the question underneath the question, the one you haven't let yourself ask. It remembers everything you've told it and connects the dots you can't see from inside a single bad day. You say "I can't stop spiraling." Kael asks "What's the thought right before it starts?" WHAT KAEL DOES You bring whatever is alive right now. The decision you keep circling. The knot of stress sitting in your chest. The creeping sense that you're running on empty and can't say why. Kael listens, asks one grounded question at a time, and slowly builds a picture of how you actually think, work, and grow. Not a mood score. Not a chart. Your own story, told back to you, so you can finally see the pattern instead of just living inside it. WHO IT'S FOR Your mind won't stop racing, especially at night You're stressed, burnt out, running on empty You're harder on yourself than you'd ever be on a friend You're facing a decision and can't get out of your own head about it You go numb, scroll, or stay busy instead of dealing with it You know what you should do but can't make yourself do it You've tried to push through it alone, and you're tired of doing that YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHERE TO START Just open the app and say what's happening. Kael finds the thread worth pulling. "I can't stop spiraling." "I don't know why I keep avoiding this." "I should be over this by now." Kael has heard all of it. It never judges. And it never forgets. HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS Most apps give you content to consume. Kael gives you a mentor that knows you. It holds onto every conversation, notices when the same thing keeps coming up, and names the pattern once the evidence is real, never before. What Kael reflects back is grounded in CBT, DBT, and ACT, the methods clinicians actually use, never guesswork. This isn't a program you complete. It's a mentor that grows with you, one conversation at a time. Open the app. Tell Kael what's on your mind right now. Something in you already knows what it is. Didn't expect to use this daily but here we are Found this app by accident maybe a week and a bit ago and it's kinda stuck. I've been using ChatGPT and Gemini for everything. Work stuff, recipes, random questions and trying to also use them as a life coach or mentor never really worked. The chats would get lost in everything else and there's no real follow up. This one's just for that. I talk to it about whatever's going on, anxiety, stress, burnout from work, and it actually circles back later and asks how things went. That sounds small but it's been the difference between actually working through stuff vs just venting once and forgetting. -- Enoch joy, 2026-05-10 ### ***** "Great coaching app!" This was a random find and has ended up being a great coaching app over the last week or so. Just what I needed. Having this dedicated app that focuses on specifically being a coach that learns from what I talk to it is exactly what I needed. I don’t have to fiddle around with multiple things that I usually use ChatGPT or Gemini for interfering with life related stuff. I can just rely on this app for it. The app checks in on things I talk to it about which has helped me stay on track. I’m hoping they can add more features like health tracking to make it even more useful. -- VJ Reviews, 2026-05-05 [View all Kael reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Kael In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Kael Premium | $59.99 | | Kael Yearly Premium | $179.99 | ## Apps Similar to Kael - [BÜ: AI Journal & Mood Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/bu-ai-journal-mood-tracker-KJWw/united-states) - [Youiee: Come back to YOU](https://apptail.io/app/youiee-come-back-to-you-cflx/united-states) - [Awaken: AI Coach & Inner Guide](https://apptail.io/app/awaken-ai-coach-inner-guide-uuqx/united-states) - [SoulCue: AI Journal](https://apptail.io/app/soulcue-ai-journal-yGMx/united-states) - [VERANeural](https://apptail.io/app/veraneural-ZDwy/united-states) - [Eliza: AI for mental health](https://apptail.io/app/eliza-ai-for-mental-health-XvZy/united-states) - [Frank: AI Fitness Coach](https://apptail.io/app/frank-ai-fitness-coach-rpbz/united-states) - [Dawn: AI for mental wellbeing](https://apptail.io/app/dawn-ai-for-mental-wellbeing-gGlz/united-states) - [NUE: The Mental Fitness App](https://apptail.io/app/nue-the-mental-fitness-app-jqIz/united-states) - [Vela: AI Mental Health Coach](https://apptail.io/app/vela-ai-mental-health-coach-hoOz/united-states) ## Kael Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/united-states) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/india) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/canada) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/romania) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/united-kingdom) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/belarus) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/chile) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/cyprus) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/germany) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/ghana) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/greece) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/israel) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/australia) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/italy) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/cayman-islands) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/sri-lanka) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/lithuania) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/north-macedonia) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/malta) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/mexico) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/norway) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/russia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/sweden) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/slovakia) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/turkey) - [Uganda](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/uganda) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/iceland) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/belgium) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/bulgaria) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/bermuda) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/kael-your-personal-ai-mentor-llFz/brunei) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
