I joined last month and downloaded the app but keeps saying the user is already registered,I try to reset password but says I must register while when I register it says already registered

Worst service ever!!!! Would not recommend anyone to take this service they quick to take your money but don’t deliver

Worse app I’ve ever used . On a premium plan but cannot even login to app . Please do not download this app or use this health care . Wish I could give it negative stars

The app is useless if you cannot maintain you log in issue

I’ve been trying to register for days now when I want register they tell me that I’m registered but when I try to login the system doesn’t recognise my details . I’ve been with this set sins 2021/04/01. I did not receive my membership card!!!
