There is no way to cancel the subscription through the app or online you have to email them and even then they still continue to take payments out for the next 12 months. Do not get it, $90 a month for a year even though I’ve tried multiple ways of cancelling it. So unhappy!!

My current trainer is using this app, within a year, I have experienced multiple times of system down, definitely not a good thing when you can’t access your workout at the gym. Worst app ever! No notice before the website and app down given as well.

The app aint perfect. Is there a way to add notifications settings? I get about 5 notifications in 5 minutes “check in each day for more accurate tracking of your progress” from 9:32am. My self control is fine, i would like to turn this type of notifications off and only receive notifications when training/meal plans are changed.

### *---- "Too buggy and not enough integration"
This app is way too buggy and built for the coach rather than the actual user. Compared to other apps used it has no smart watch integration to track your workout, thus you have to manually set your watch to track along with your phone. Way too frequently it also randomly stops tracking your workout so you lose all progress from whatever you are doing that day. 
Also the help menu pops up incessantly! Everytime you put your phone down.

Can be very glitchy at times when trying to load workout outs.
Logs out randomly for no obvious reason. 

User interface looks like a student created it for high school project.

Workout screen is freezing - can’t log workouts or open up info. Whole app freezes. Also notes keep resetting mid session to what was written last session. Why is this still a bug??? UPDATE: HELLO PLEASE FIX I POSTED THIS REVIEW MONTHS AGO!!!!

Terrible app. Zero support. After I cancelled they still charged me twice. I had to get in contact with my bank and dispute transactions.

This app is absolute sorry but rubbish. The very first experience was terrible. I filled out the whole questionnaire about my diet plan on PC, then i logged into the app on the mobile and i was back in the questionnaire about my diet again. And the previous answers my trainer did not receive and i could not do anything on the mobile! Other annoying experiences were during the course of use. Weekly check when you go to the photo gallery and then back to the app so everything resets and you have to start again! and the after last two or three weekly checks after opening the app I was at the beginning of the weekly questionnaire again and you cannot skip it! 
If your PT put there diet and you want to creat your meal because of changes or something you can’t.
My trainer doesn't use this app anymore and I'm very happy.

I have been using the app for several months now and it has completely revolutionized my business. It has helped with streamlining processes and driving efficiencies, whilst enabling better visibility and customizability across all clientele - No matter their needs!

Just this week, there was an unfortunate technical error on my account which required immediate attention. The CEO Mark took a personal interest in the matter and had it sorted within 24hrs so I could get back to full operations! Mark's service and attention to detail was nothing short of sheer professionalism, and he provided me with nothing but total transparency and care keeping me involved and up to date throughout the entire process. 

It is rare to find an app flexible enough to meet the demands of the growing fitness industry, but also a team who genuinely cares about your business and success. 

Cannot recommend Mark and his team enough!

Since the most recent update, the rest timer is always incorrect. If my coach puts in 1 min rest it will only have the timer for 30 seconds.
It also no longer logs any cardio.

The app was okay and buggy, instead of fixing the many bugs they continue to change the UI making it worse and less intuitive, creating extra bugs in the process.

The app is raved about for coaches but as a client I find the app incredibly lacking. The food data base is very bare and the barcode scanning has old nutritional information with no way for users to update the nutritional information. It crashes a lot also when I’m trying to add new foods in. When I tried contacting the support team they tried to tell me I had to reload the support issue in a different way and they clearly don’t care about improving the app for the clients. There are some good features that most other apps have but in terms of comparing this to other apps, there is much better in the market for clients. It’s all well and good that it works for coaches but as a client being the one who uses the app everyday to log food, I think there needs to be a greater focus on the client side.
