Kaizen is a family health app for caregivers, parents, and anyone managing health information for the people they love. Keep medical records organized, follow medications and appointments, and ask Kai, Kaizen’s AI health assistant, to explain the information you choose to share.

Upload a lab report and ask Kai to explain the values and reference ranges in plain language. Learn what the terms mean and prepare better questions for your healthcare provider.

Kaizen applies HIPAA-aligned safeguards. Under our agreements, AI providers may not use your inputs or generated responses to train their models.
Family sharing is permission-based, so you choose who can see each person’s information. You can also review, disable, or delete information saved in Kai Memory.
