I think an optimization for the ipad would be useful

It keeps crashing and freezing each time I open it.

The app works ok for what it is intended to do, but it doesn’t look good on the iPad. The interface doesn’t scale up for larger screens. I guess it only works ok on phones.

There is no way to visualize your training progress in the new version of the app

I have no complaints with the content of the courses I use Kajabi for. However, the app itself could use some work. I am not usually compelled to write reviews, but the especially poor performance prompted me to. The structure of courses, divided into modules, divided into sections, divided into lessons is helpful and easy to navigate. However, whenever I try to play videos it often lags, even when the WiFi is otherwise working. When I try and switch a video to full screen or put my phone in landscape mode, it is as if the app does not understand what I am trying to do and takes a few seconds to catch up. Whenever I exit the app and come back, the video is black and I have to restart it then fast forward. Also, if I exit a video then come back it does not save where I was, it instead automatically restarts. If I play one video and it lags, and I try to exit and come back, there will be two audios playing at once—one from when I initially played the video and nothing happened after five seconds, and one from when I tried to play the video a second time. Most of the time I use the app I have to exit out, delete it from the background, and then reenter to solve these numerous problems. I am sure there are other minor annoyances, but these are the main issues that I can think of right now. To the people who maintain this app, a resolution to these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I’m desperately trying to cancel my subscription and I see absolutely no option to do so. It’s infuriating.

Content simply would not play

Why do I get a little screen that looks like it is on an iPhone? This app is listed as compatible with iPad. But it does not seem so at all. Unfortunately, I need to use this for the content I purchased. I just can’t understand not building it to adapt to the iPad. When the developer updates to address this issue, I will update my rating.

I found the app easy to set up and use. Pulled in all my content from multiple sites without any issues. But using the app is frustrating. It doesn’t hold my place in a video. If I navigate away or close the app, it doesn’t remember I was half way through the video and I have to waist time trying to find my place again. And if I pause the video and look at a different app, the screen is black when i come back to the app. The audio is fine and the video will play, but no visual! Really poor performance for an app that is video intensive!!

Works fine on my phone. Website works fine on my computer. Why can’t I watch full size videos on my iPad? The iPad is the most natural device for instructional content. Phones are too small, desktops aren’t portable. iPad should be number one priority.
