### **--- "Good structure, very poor functionality"
I have no complaints with the content of the courses I use Kajabi for. However, the app itself could use some work. I am not usually compelled to write reviews, but the especially poor performance prompted me to.

The structure of courses, divided into modules, divided into sections, divided into lessons is helpful and easy to navigate.

However, whenever I try to play videos it often lags, even when the WiFi is otherwise working.

When I try and switch a video to full screen or put my phone in landscape mode, it is as if the app does not understand what I am trying to do and takes a few seconds to catch up.

Whenever I exit the app and come back, the video is black and I have to restart it then fast forward. Also, if I exit a video then come back it does not save where I was, it instead automatically restarts.

If I play one video and it lags, and I try to exit and come back, there will be two audios playing at once—one from when I initially played the video and nothing happened after five seconds, and one from when I tried to play the video a second time. Most of the time I use the app I have to exit out, delete it from the background, and then reenter to solve these numerous problems.

I am sure there are other minor annoyances, but these are the main issues that I can think of right now. To the people who maintain this app, a resolution to these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Why do I get a little screen that looks like it is on an iPhone? This app is listed as compatible with iPad. But it does not seem so at all. Unfortunately, I need to use this for the content I purchased. I just can’t understand not building it to adapt to the iPad. When the developer updates to address this issue, I will update my rating.

I found the app easy to set up and use. Pulled in all my content from multiple sites without any issues. But using the app is frustrating. It doesn’t hold my place in a video. If I navigate away or close the app, it doesn’t remember I was half way through the video and I have to waist time trying to find my place again. And if I pause the video and look at a different app, the screen is black when i come back to the app. The audio is fine and the video will play, but no visual! Really poor performance for an app that is video intensive!!

Works fine on my phone. Website works fine on my computer. Why can’t I watch full size videos on my iPad? The iPad is the most natural device for instructional content. Phones are too small, desktops aren’t portable. iPad should be number one priority.

Continuously trying to add a new email and the email confirmation is not going to my email - checked spam already and that it was typed correctly, then tried to log in on the web to see if I sent it through web application if it’d go through better but when I try to login - it says my password is wrong - I checked my phones saved passwords and it is not wrong. I checked to make sure it’s being typed correctly and it is. Idk what more to do to get the classes I have under another email into kajabi

Numerous times I have been in the situation where I paused the video, because maybe I wanted to check out another topic, and when I started up again, I had two videos playing simultaneously. And then there’s no way to get out other than to turn off my phone completely.

While the app works it is not optimal for use on iPad. Even when expanded it will only fill ~half the screen and with the lessons i am using the video portion is half of that. Would be great to see aversion of this optimized for iPad.

I had a decent experience with kajabi in 2023 but the app has has a lot of issues recently. When watching a video, it no longer holds your place if you stop watching and come back to that video later (when I used Kajabi for another course in 2023, it used to hold my place). In addition, if I’m watching one of my course videos and quickly switch to another app while the video is playing, when I return the screen is completely black, so you need to exit the app, go back to the video, and try to find your place. None of the recent app updates have resolved these issues.

This app is not compatible with iPad. When I use this on iPad it does not expand to fill the entire screen, rather, it stays in “mobile mode” and only fills an iPhone size portion of my screen. Additionally, when I leave the app and return, the video player ALWAYS goes black. Great concept but too many bugs

The app has lots of glitches and low quality video interface. While playing a video, you switch to another app, then switch back and the video and it goes black. Have to re-start every time all videos. What a waste of time!!!

It’s easy to navigate and it has good UX overall, but I don’t like when I leave a video. It keeps playing, which I usually would like, because I’m often and on the go, but when I go to select a different lesson, the previous video keeps playing and then they’re both playing simultaneously. When I stop the previous video and start the new one, there’s no visual, only speaking. That also happens when I start one, go to another app, and come back. The video portion goes away and I only get audio. I hope the developers read this and fix it soon.

The developer website makes it impossible to report a problem. App force quits when adding another email account. When you click on link and then hit “next” it force quits. I tried going to the website for help but they make you create an account just to reach out to them. Very frustrating. Please fix the force quit issue. I can update the star rating once it’s fixed.
