The app claims to have an English interface but this is not accurate. While some options are in English, you need Kakao chat to enter credit card information and that dialog is only in Korean. Trying to navigate somewhere also doesn’t work even for the simplest searches like “museum”.
택시 어플까지 굳이 왜 본인인증방식을 카카오톡이랑 연동하게 했는지 해외계정을 가진 사람들도 한국 국적에 한국 카드에 본인명의로 문제없이 다 가지고 있는데 계정이 연동이 안된다는 이유로 영문 이름이 같은 카드라도 등록을 못함 다른 택시 회사들은 카드 등록이 매우 간단함 굳이 왜 이렇게 하는건지 이해가 안가고 너무 불편함 그리고 적립금도 혜택도 못받음 카카오 계좌로 돈 넣어서 아주 불편하게 사용중 그렇게는 되게 해주면서 카드등록은 도대체 왜 안되는건제 본인인증 방식이 세상에 얼마나 많은데 카톡 계정으로 가야 되게 해놔서 진짜 바보같음

My friend. Booked a kakao for me then discovered it would take 15 minutes then cancelled within one monute and then they charged 5000 won - this is a total ripp off and the authorities should look into it.

Actually taking a cap is not easy in South Korea! That't why you have to get this .. even im a korean it's really useful ! 외국에 살다 한국 들어온지 얼마안되서 지방근무를 시작했는데 택시도 버스도 별로 없어요 카카오택시 모를때 전화 백통하면 한번 받던 콜택시 덕에 휴무에도 나가기가 힘들었는데 지금은 카카오택시 덕에 일분이면 잡혀서 너무 감사드립니다
