The level of joy and BEAUTY (!) that I have experienced from creating design patterns on this app is unprecedented. I don’t know about the previous app version but currently it is AMAZING. Really, it will SURPRISE YOUR EYES 🤩
This is the least intuitive app I’ve ever used! The way it’s set up, you can’t even read the writing of the buttons you’re trying to find. It makes no sense to pay for the “Pro” version, and still have to pay for each individual filter after that. Waste of money!
Although I like the images, they aren’t saving to my camera roll? What do I need to do?
Update update… It would also be neat if you could somehow program aperiodic tesselations as like quasicrystals?? ! Great app but whenever I set it to repeatable pattern it saves to the camera roll off-center from where I have positioned… Also I don’t see where the Settings is to change the resolution upwards from 300 dpi…??? I am running an iPad Pro old generations.....—— I wish it would have scientific notation such as Iornament uses
This is a great app! The high quality is awesome, I love the repeating patterns...I never use the filters but I use everything else and I love it....I have used it to make videos and fabric and a bunch of trippy animations - worth paying for, for sure, and it is a big step up from the kaleidoscope app I had before, thank you
I got this free app and I tried using it. It looked pretty good. But, I immediately found I had to buy a module for $.99 cents. I got it thinking it was all I needed, only to find out I needed another module for another $.99 cents. I’m beginning to wonder how many more modules I’ll have to buy to have the complete set. Why not just let me buy the pro app if there is one. I’m disappointed at this time.
Hello this app is great except for two things. 1. No video you can take a pic but the patterns can be moved It would be nice to video record that. 2. Enable the in app purchases to be one bundle.
Absolutely the best kaleidoscope app.
Why do I have to grant the app access to my camera? I am never, ever going to take a photograph with my iPad. I am never going to use this app with any art other than what is in my camera roll. I should not be forced to give camera access when the only access needed is to my existing art. Also, I have yet to figure out how to get output that is anywhere near the 8000px the app states it is capable of in Settings.
