Most of the shows are top quality and translation is amazing but the fact that you have to buy with coins and there is no subscription plan at all to have unlocked episodes for like a week or month for a fair price is absurd. There are many apps that have this offer and almost all the shows that are there are in other apps. I like kalos because of its design and hd quality but when it comes to payments they should offer at least to have unlimited watch

I don’t usually write comments unless I have a bad experience. But I feel like I should write this because even though the acting and the scenarios are unbelievable and lame (let’s be honest:) ), your app is relaxing, it gives a few minutes of non-stress escape time to audience. It has a big potential in Turkey market, I say that as a strategy brand manager. HOWEVER, it is really and really expensive for Turkish market. I understand that your app is not based in Turkey and when you convert turkish liras into dollars or euros, it is a very little amount of revenue for you. But we have the highest inflation and exchange rates in our history now. So no way people would spend much money on this. And people who CAN pay this amount, is not your audience. This is like visual wattpad. Wattpad is still a big thing in Turkey. And your app has great potential. But you need to follow the strategy of other international brands, like spotify, youtube, netflix etc. These companies are good analysers, that’s why they have cheaper subscription prices for countries with high exchange rates, compared to Europeen countries and USA. I made an effort to write all these for an unknown reason. Probably because it is a good distraction app for me after a long day at work. It’s up to you to change your prices or not. But I sincerely hope that you’ll consider this and make some research to increase your audience instead of having high prives for coins:)
I want to cancel my subscription weekly. I bought on 24th August. But on 25th August, it’s renewal again.

Even the movies are good its really expensive to watch. think twice if you think that paying monthly will not let you to watch a whole month. What a shame!
