truly amazing game.. BUT..
I absolutely love KALPA and have been playing for around 5 months now, it was the game that got me more into rhythm games and I love the music; BUT.. Recently there’s been an update that changed most of the beatmaps and the overall design of the game and I just absolutely despise it, players such as myself have spent a while learning the beatmaps and getting used to the design of the game and how everything looks and works, where it’s placed on the screen and for that to be moved and function differently all of a sudden is pretty frustrating to an extent. And not to mention the design around the beatmaps, the odd looking spider web things on the sides are awfully distracting and not to mention that they’re literally bigger and shinier than the microscopic bar on the top showing your score. I used to recommend this game a lot to friends who also played rhythm games but wouldn’t recommend anymore due to this.
