Many times you can’t even get out of the ads,even if you wait, even if you try to go back, nothing works. You have to exit the app. Try again. Try again. Try again… until you finally actually get to see what’s on your cameras. They basically force you to get a paid subscription, which I don’t want. I just wanna look at what’s on my SD card.

And don’t offer me a discount on a paid subscription. That’s not what I want. I just wanna go into the app and see what’s on my cameras.

Stay away from this shady company products!! it's a exact clone of Yi home app with the same bugs, and the exact same TOS breaking nudity and adult ads playing full volume!!

They give you a product with SD card storage but FORCE YOU to buy their data mining cloud subscription.
They are starting to make fake "SD card read failure" to perfectly working brand new cards! 
8 cameras straight to the garbage.
Stay away if you value your privacy and money!

As of the last few months, the app no longer works. It gets stuck on the initial splash screen.
Only a reinstall makes it work for about a day, and then it gets stuck again.
Not to mention that they've also added ads, which is ridiculous. This doesn't meet my expectation from a monitor camera app.

### *---- "App doesn’t honor payments and cloud service have bugs"
The app fail to honor the payment I made. I had to ask Apple for refund. 
I then tried to purchase again, and got message that the payment failed. Yet I got the receipt email from Apple that i was charged - i have nothing in my subscription. 
I also went to their kami site to purchase the plan online (3rd attempt) - this time it worked but problems just started. 

The YI app can’t seems to detect the payment I made online. 

Had to install their new “Kami Home” app just to discover they don’t store more than 7 seconds per movement detection. 

They are also forcing me to enable notifications in order for the cloud feature to work which result in an annoying message for everyone time they upload the 7 seconds clip to the cloud. 

I used them for 5 years before they changed to Kami Cloud. I will probably look for another brand of camera now. This service become useless.
