Worst customer service the app is literally useless
Worst place ever
The worst costumer service ever I ordered the food and waited for at least an hour then my order was canceled for no reason I will never repeat my order again for you .In addition The person I talked to was very rude and impolite. Made me feel like it was my fault .

بعد اما عملت الاوردر بنص ساعه او اكتر واحد كلمني قالي الاوردر هايزيد ٢٥ جنيه عشان التوصيل ٤٥ مش ٢٥ زي ما واضح ع الابلكيشن الفرق ٢٠ بس هو هايزود ٢٥😂وافقت وبعد كده قلت ايه الأي كلام ده وبعدين ليه توصيل ب٤٥ اصلا انا ساكن في كورنيش المعادي مش الحوامديه رقم الاوردر 3355 انا كنت هاعديها والله بس الاوردر كمان لسه ما وصلش بقاله اكتر من ساعه دلوقت ! وحاولت ابعت على راسلنا في الابلكيشن كمان اداني error انا اول واخر مره استخدمه 🥲
