### *---- "Paid for HD but Not Receiving HD on Mobile – Requesting Refund"
I am extremely disappointed with Kantipur Max TV. I paid for an HD subscription, but the mobile app does not provide HD quality at all. My device supports HD and my internet connection is strong, so this is clearly an issue with your service.

I feel misled because I paid for something I am not receiving. This is unacceptable.

I want a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved or I do not receive my refund, I will be forced to take further action and share my negative experience publicly.

Please respond and resolve this as soon as possible.

### *---- "Paid for HQ and the worst experience"
Do not pay for PL high quality
-- Dazlnstar11, 2026-04-19

### *---- "Not working"
Despite paying for premium package no content is shown and app not working
-- Satishkhadka, 2026-03-04

### **--- "Improvement Required"
This app doesn’t function properly. Many times it just shows a black screen and displays nothing. It also doesn’t show all of the ongoing Premier League matches when there are multiple games being played, it usually only shows two or three options to choose from.

Another major issue is that it often doesn’t stream Manchester United matches. Even when United are playing live, the app will show other matches instead, sometimes even smaller teams’ games, while leaving out the United match entirely. Overall, the streaming is unreliable and the app needs serious fixes.
-- mujirandikoban, 2026-03-04

### *---- "Fraud company"
After paying Rs.79 to watch on hd the app didn’t open after making payment. App was function able before payment but it didn’t provide any options of live tv after making payment.
-- Biplab23, 2026-03-04

### ***-- "Max hd 2"
It would be better if both channel is available or else i would give more score
