From last few months I am trying to use this app but not working it doesn’t login firstly to go further

Not at all user friendly
Not sure if they have done proper user research there are so many missing features that make this app useless. The whole purpose of this app is to just pay the monthly amount, it doesn’t even show the history of payment.
The app is not working
Many times I tried but it failed to get OTP thus I cannot login to the app.. @Dev please sort out the issue
