Customer service is just horrendous

They will request to link your bank account which not safe at all, I don't recommend, even there leasing price is very high compared to the market.

The company kept on charging me fines/toll roads of the car I have returned even after the period that I had the car under the rent. Horrible customer service.

I rented a car and I regret it so much once I entered my credit card they charge me and draw money from my account with no proof or reason or justification they just pulls money after I handover the car they charged me over 5000 dh for no reason I payed all the rent fees even with that they issue an invoice with wrong number and they harass me to pay it they don’t have any attitude they speak with threat tone ,, it not your right to claim something that isn’t yours be careful with app you

On my experience with Crasti it’s just ok , I would like to recommend the improve management quality and maintenance service with good communication skills with costumers, so that they will be the best option for everyone.

It was going fine until recently. First I requested a new car on which they said: “we will let you know.” And they never did. Then I booked an available car but they didn’t deliver on time. And then when I had to cancel the car, they are not getting back with the final invoice saying that head of finance needs to approve. Note that all these three times it was a different person. I have prof of conversations just in case someone cares.

I agreed that your cars are good but it’s unfair that you mentioned different prices in app and when we call it’s different..! Or worst case only 80km per day ?

They don’t answer to your messages when it’s urgent.

A lot of Additional and Unreasonable charges ! They earn money as much as they can from you. Adding VAT on everything.Not sure if it’s even legal because when you pay a fine direct there no any VAT.Not enough that you are paying fine plus you pay some strange fees,I think they were thinking long to create names for them.Plus VAT on all that.While when you pay strait fine there no such nonsense charges.Sorry but fills like you got …. twice.So it’s not saving money at all and just makes you stressed.Do not advice neither this rental Car company neither any other.And if you have an accident be ready to pay triple price for Maintenece.Better Save a down payment and buy your own car.
