كاراستي هو أحد أفضل تطبيقات تأجير السيارات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والسعودية باشتراكات شهرية شاملة كامل التكاليف. كل ما عليك فعله هو اختيار السيارة التي ترغب باستئجارها ليتم توصيلها إلى بابك، من ثم تنطلق على الطريق وتستمتع بالأمان.



خطوات استخدام كاراستي:
1.   اختار السيارة التي تناسبك من تشكيلة الطرازات والموديلات المتوفرة
2.   سجّل في أحد خيارات الاشتراكات الشهرية (شهر، 6 شهور، 12 شهر)
3.   حمّل على التطبيق صورة عن الهوية الشخصية، ورخصة القيادة، والبطاقة الائتمانية
4.   اختار موعد وموقع التسليم

قد يستغرق التوصيل حوالي 4 ساعات في حال قمت بتقديم طلبك قبل الساعة 02:00 ظهراً.

يتمتع مستخدمو كاراستي باشتراك سلس ومرن يمنحهم إمكانية تبديل أو إرجاع السيارة المستأجرة وفقاً لتغير احتياجاتهم.


الاشتراكات الشهرية
استمتع بمرونة الاشتراك الشهري للسيارة التي قمت باختيارها من تطبيق كاراستي لتأجير السيارات. إن الحد الأدنى لمدّة الاشتراك هي شهر واحد، كما يُسمح بإلغاء هذا الاشتراك الشهري الشامل بشكل كلي في أي وقت، بالإضافة إلى إمكانية تبديل السيارة وفقاً لاحتياجاتك.


التزم باشتراك مدته 6 أشهر أو 12 شهر لتوفر وتستفيد من الخصومات!
استفد من الخصومات المميزة عند التزامك بخدمة استئجار سيارة لمدة 6 أشهر أو 12 شهر. تمنحك كاراستي الفرصة لتوفر المال في حال كنت ترغب باستئجار سيارة لمدة لا تقل عن 6 شهور!

تبديل السيارة
هل ترغب بتجربة سيارة جديدة؟ استبدل سيارتك بأخرى جديدة بكل سهولة عند انتهاء مدة اشتراكك.
- استأجر سيارة لمدة شهر واحد وقم بتحديد سيارتك التالية بعد ثلاثة أسابيع لتستلمها عند انتهاء اشتراكك الحالي.
- استأجر سيارة لمدة ستة أشهر وقم بتحديد سيارتك التالية بعد خمسة أشهر وثلاثة أسابيع لتستلمها عند انتهاء اشتراكك الحالي.
 - استأجر سيارة لمدة 12 شهر وقم بتحديد سيارتك التالية بعد 11 شهر وثلاثة أسابيع لتستلمها عند انتهاء اشتراكك الحالي.

التسليم والاستلام
تغطي خدمة توصيل السيارات من كاراستي كافة مناطق الإمارات العربية المتحدة، باستثناء رأس الخيمة والعين وأم القيوين والفجيرة، حيث سيتعين عليك دفع قيمة إضافية مقدارها 300 درهم إماراتي لكافة المناطق.

It was going fine until recently. First I requested a new car on which they said: “we will let you know.” And they never did. Then I booked an available car but they didn’t deliver on time. And then when I had to cancel the car, they are not getting back with the final invoice saying that head of finance needs to approve. Note that all these three times it was a different person. I have prof of conversations just in case someone cares.

A lot of Additional and Unreasonable charges ! They earn money as much as they can from you. Adding VAT on everything.Not sure if it’s even legal because when you pay a fine direct there no any VAT.Not enough that you are paying fine plus you pay some strange fees,I think they were thinking long to create names for them.Plus VAT on all that.While when you pay strait fine there no such nonsense charges.Sorry but fills like you got …. twice.So it’s not saving money at all and just makes you stressed.Do not advice neither this rental Car company neither any other.And if you have an accident be ready to pay triple price for Maintenece.Better Save a down payment and buy your own car.

I have my Carasti car since more than 6 months now .

This month my payment got delayed as my business account card was hacked and bank blocked for security reasons and I am awaiting for new card.

Meanwhile Carasti senior collection officer calls in 9 pm on Saturday nite and I obliged by taking a unknow Nunber , no whatsapp or message to check am I busy or free to talk .
He treats me like I am no body .
I say yes for making the payment , Infact he is harassing me for doing the payment in the nite  .
I still willfully agree but my bank transfer to local account is delayed ,  he starts harassing me in the morning with constant calls and  I am in a zoom meeting , I am still responding to him. .
It’s not that I am not answering or I am ignoring.
 

I again explain him my situation that local transfer is delayed and I will add Carasti as beneficiary in my mashreq account.

As all of you agree , adding beneficiary takes minimum 5 hours .
He again sends me messages at 1:30 pm that I have 30 mins to make that transfer.

I try to call him , he doesn’t answers my call .
I call Carasti customer care and she explains that today is Sunday that’s why we are low on accepting calls - I completely understand this and I explain my situation 
He again decides to whatsapp me and message me

Due to your non-payment, I am sending your account for car immobilization immediately. Should you wish to stop the service interruption, Kindly settle your rental dues and contact me.

I am not running away or ignoring any communication but still I am treated like this .

Very unprofessional behavior and it’s like recovery agents banks hire to retrieve obscene amount of loan from people who are MIA .
But I am here and very much responsive .

By far the worst customer experience. The first agent who received our call said he’d call us back, we waited for over an hour. Tried calling back waited and spent more than 30 minutes only to be hang up on. Tried chat, agent did not even apologize. We wasted 2 hours, charged for the call and wait time, they are not even sorry, as a solution I received amazing offer to start my subscription tomorrow instead of today which I’m supposed to be grateful for because they ruined our entire day.
