Downloaded the app while job searching and once I got a full time position I went back into the app to find out I’ve lost my status to be able to pick up shifts. Called 3 times trying to restore my status as a “kare hero” and got no help. Apps like this for healthcare workers should aim towards being convenient instead of a hassle. Not worth the effort.

This app needs a lot of work done. It is so annoying how when I try to find shifts, it is ALWAYS logging me OUT!  On top of that when I try to sign in, it’s always having problems. I’m getting tired of that. Fix it! For instance, I’m trying to redownload it and see if I can log in. It’s been having problems, and won’t let me log in.

It’s been months. And I am not able to pick up shifts. Everytime I request, even when I’m the first person to select the shift I don’t get accepted. I’m over it and not going to keep wasting my time. They don’t even pay high for me to be chasing this app.
