Is the worstI have ever used ! It does not flow took me at least 6 times to register my card and kept rejecting the discount code … won’t be using this app again

The 15% app exclusive didn’t work so I had to pay full price!

I downloaded this app as a new customer with a discount code NEW25 to take of the total of my items. Well it doesn’t work, so l contact KM customer service and took screenshots of the attempted transaction, plus a detailed explanation. I also received a random email with another code EMAIL20 discount, so l thought l would try that, no didn’t work either, l tried to get my discount through this KM app and also just normally on the KM website. Apparently according to the troubleshooting pre answered questions, this must be a ongoing fault both on the app and website. You cannot process discounts, it’s a con. I have been in communication with KM customer service by email and they literally are useless. Continually asking for screenshots which l have supplied, you get one customer service person response for a few email conversations and then you get another person, asking the same questions, un yet all the correspondence is all attached to one email, l informed them just scroll down. This has been going on for five days and still not resolved due to the fact the app and the website has faults, if you want the discount that you are entitled to then do not attempt trying to get it because cannot.

I almost left without purchasing - so frustrating. I would have if I wasnt benefitting from such a huge discount. Wasn’t enjoyable.

Thought they don’t put enough designs on plus size

Downloaded the app to get the 20% off and then it wouldn’t allow the discount. #rubbish

I think about ordering a dress. I get an email saying ‘here’s another 10% to tempt you’ I go to order the dress - can’t find the 10%. I try again and get a ‘download the app for an extra 25%’. I download the app and put the code in on checkout - ‘code not applicable?!’. I try the other code ‘20% off everything before midnight’ code doesn’t work. I order anyway but intend to get the extra refunded as I’m running out of time to find a white dress. I order ‘next day delivery £5.99’ delivery says it will be two days! Worst customer service ever.

good app but clearly not built for iPad as does not spin around to landscape view.
